Fairy Mountain National Forest Park gate (Fairy Mountain Village, Xiannü Town, Wulong District, Chongqing; navigate 'Fairy Mountain National Forest Park'). From Wulong railway station, walk ~11 minutes to Wulong Coach Passenger Centre and take a bus to the Fairy Mountain resort; by car via the Chongqing–Hunan Expressway, about 1.5 hours.
End Fairy Mountain National Forest Park with the easiest route to the confirmed exit or shuttle; leave a buffer for tired children and check the transport note before leaving: Transfer by scenic bus or taxi from Xiannüshan Town; it is separate from Three Natural Bridges.

Avoid these mistakes

Winter mountain roads freeze, making self-driving risky. Follow Wulong's official winter transport notices, carry snow chains, or switch to scenic shuttles/buses.
Summer festival/camping season (e.g. the 15–16 Aug 2026 music season) draws huge crowds with tight parking and lodging. Avoid event days, book accommodation in advance, and leave early.
