From Yangshuo high-speed rail station, exit left and take the ¥5 bus about 15 min direct to Xingping; self-drivers navigate to '瑞幸咖啡兴坪店' and park in the official lot opposite (¥8/day), then walk ~50 m to the old town.
Finish Xingping Ancient Town on the side closest to the booked boat, next meal or return transport; do not cross the whole water town at the last minute.
