The official rule offers reservation but does not publish a universal advance interval; same-day passport entry is described separately.

Front entrance (security into the building) at No.167 Youhao North Road, Shayibake District, Urumqi; self-drivers park in the courtyard by scanning the booking QR code.
Finish Xinjiang Art Museum with one slower gallery or the shop, then leave through the signed exit and check the transport note before heading back: Use metro or a licensed taxi and save the exact Chinese entrance.
