Refunds must be requested before 17:00 on the visit day; scenic-area causes (temporary closure, bad-weather suspension) refund in full.

How to visit
Tianmen Mountain cableway lower station (in the city, near the Dayong Road–Yingbin Road junction in Guanliping Subdistrict; navigate '天门山索道下站'); Line A boards the Grand Cableway here. About 10 minutes by taxi from Zhangjiajie Railway Station / central bus station.
Follow the assigned descent sequence and leave the city-center station with time for the return transfer; weather can close exposed paths.
